Teams will be presented with 3 challenges which will test their creative skills and imagination from the very first brainstorm. They will use data from Copernicus, Galileo and EGNOS to imagine game-changing solutions and will win career-changing prizes along the way!

Win up to €1,000!

1st place at Spain’s Hackathon will receive €1,000 for the best idea.

About the organiser

In Spain, this year’s Hackathon will be organised by BluSpecs – a digital transformation agency helping organisations, both public and private, remain relevant in the digital era. Their main focuses are grass-roots entrepreneurship, start-up acceleration and advanced digital technologies. Because of this, they are the perfect representatives for the Spanish region.

BluSpecs will be working with a team from the Port of Coruña for this event, who will provide a broad overview about the major problems Spanish Ports are facing and open up discussion about solutions to overcome the coastal erosion challenge.

The physical hackathon will be held at the Complutense University of Madrid. The university will provide all necessary resources, such as 24-hour access to its campuses.
